The outstanding $1200(+gst) is due upon delivery of the online gallery. Travel and licensing fees for the mountains are included in this cost. *

As per Canadian copyright law, the copyright of all images remains with Dana Pugh Photography. Purchasing the digital files comes with a copyright release that allows you to use the photographs for your own personal use. You may print products for yourself or your family as gifts, but you cannot sell the images for commercial purposes. Should you need to use the images for another purpose, please confirm with Dana before going ahead. *
