Adventure Session Description *

You are purchasing a photography package that includes on location portraits on your specified date plus the full gallery of high resolution digital images for $1500(+gst). A $500(+gst) deposit is required to book your spot in Dana's schedule. The outstanding amount of $1000(+gst) is due upon delivery of the online gallery.

Copyright *

As per Canadian copyright law, the copyright of all images remains with Dana Pugh Photography. Purchasing the digital files comes with a copyright release that allows you to use the photographs for your own personal use. You may print products for yourself or your family as gifts, but you cannot sell the images for commercial purposes. Should you need to use the images for another purpose, please confirm with Dana before going ahead.

From time to time, Dana uses the images in her portfolio, on her website and to promote herself within the industry. By checking the box below, you are giving her permission to use the images in this manner. Should she wish to use the images in any other way, she will contact you to clarify.

Delivery of Online Gallery *

The payment of the deposit and the submission of this form confirms your spot in Dana's schedule. Once the session has been completed, Dana will fully edit the images and send you an online gallery of the fully edited images. This takes approximately 3-4 weeks. This gallery will be available for one year. Please download the images and save them in multiple places for yourself.
