Surfacing
I am dreaming of doing some personal work this winter...personal work that will take me underwater. But, we here at Pughville have taken on a lot lately, so a trip is probably out of the question. First world problems, I know it. I had this idea of going by myself to Hawaii, but...well...the thought of swimming with turtles and not bringing along my little mermaid was just too awful. So....getting in the water will have to wait awhile.

Sunshine, Orange Juice and Duck Bombs
The morning of this session seemed so cold. At the time. :) This is the lovely Laurie Souchotte. She has both mentored with me and assisted for me from time to time. It is lovely to be able to get her whole family in front of my lens :) They joined me for a super early fall session. There was orange juice, banana bread, and strawberries. There were ducks photobombing us(I showed that image before on my Facebook page). And, there was a whole lot of love.

Don't grow up. It's a trap ;) That's what his t-shirt says(in case you can't read it in any of the pictures). How true is that? I have been watching my kids grow at a rapidly increasing pace lately and I want to scream that at them daily.

Bubbles

Bubbles. Fun at any age.
Dreaming of warmer days as it looks like the cold weather is moving in this week. Wishing I had a trip planned to a warm climate where we could blow bubbles to our hearts content.
Look at me blogging all week ;) I have been slacking in the blogging department, but I have been sharing lots on Facebook(not my favourite...if I'm honest it feels like a chore now...which makes me wonder exactly how much longer I'll continue to share there) and Instagram(which I love and is perfect for scrolling through while I play 'taxi-mom' which I do every day for a little bit anyways). Come find me over there! I'd love to connect. And, don't be afraid to comment here...I'd love to know if anyone still reads blogs. People keep telling me they are dead. I'd like to prove them wrong ;)
