Travel Photography from the last two decades

When I first picked up my camera, I dreamed of being a photographer for National Geographic. Of course, I quickly realized that those photographers were the result of many, many years of study and sacrifice—the reality of which, as a mom, I knew it would be difficult to create. So, I set about documenting my own life…and, then, the lives of other families who also saw value in the beauty of the life they were living. Bob would be quick to tell you that my camera made me more adventurous. That, as long as I had a camera in my hand, I would be keen to try pretty much anything. Especially, if my kids were tagging along so I could create images I loved of the people I loved most in the world.

Over the years, that adventurous spirit has lead to me visiting 30 different countries, as well as, many provinces and states in North America. Hundreds of thousands of images were created on those trips. Of course, some of them have been shared over the years, but, when thinking of the legacy I wanted to leave, I realized that this work needed to come off of my hard drive and exist somewhere in the wild. This is where I will be sharing it.

Follow my adventures around the world

  • In early 2026, Bob and I went to Bolivia to experience the second largest carnival in the world in Oruro. Here is a sampling of the thousands of images I created.
